Greek yogurt is regular yogurt's nutritionally superior sibling, with double the protein and half the carbs per serving.
Recipe:
- Mash 3/4 cup of raspberries in 2 cups of 2% plain Greek yogurt.
- Portion this mixture into popsicle molds.
