The Hispanic Scholarship Fund and Wells Fargo have partnered to provide financial resources to assist outstanding Latino students.
The scholarship is open to students transferring to a two-year institution (community or junior college) to a four-year institution and freshman students attending a four-year institution.
The award amount range is $1000 to $5000.
Eligibility Requirements:
1. Be of Hispanic heritage
2. Be a US Citizen, legal permanent resident or eligible non-citizen
3. Be an undergraduate freshman during the 2013-2014 academic year, enrolled full time in a degree-seeking program at a U.S. accredited institution in the U.S., Pueerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam
4. OR be transferring from a two-year institution to a four-year institution during the 2013-2014 academic year.
5. Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
6. Must complete FAFSA in 2013
7. Finalists MUST provide finncial award letters for the 2013-2014 academic year from your institution when available.
