FREE Scholarship Workshop on September 5th!!

On September 5th, I will be giving a one hour  scholarship presentation at Barnes and Noble at Westfield Mall.  Everyone is welcome, but I am targeting high school students and their parents.

Seating will be limited so please email me at eandrews@dc.rr.com to let me know if you are interested in attending.

The response will  determine the hour so, please let me know if you are interested.

Live Your Dream (Soroptimist Scholarship)

Deadline:  November 15, 2015
Eligibility Requirements:
You are eligible if you are a woman who:
1.  Provides primary financial support for yourself and your dependents.  Dependents can include children, spouse, partner,siblings and/or parents.
2.  Has financial need.
3.  Is enrolled in or has been accepted to a vocational/skills training program or an undergraduate degree program.
4.  Is motivated to achieve your education and career goals.
5.  Has not previously been the recipient of a Soroptimist Women's Opportunity or Live Your Dream Award.
6.  Does not have a graduate degree.
7.  Is not a Soroptimist member or an employee of Soroptimist International of the Americas or an immediate family member of either.
8.  Has a Social Security number or a Tax ID number.  (Only for residents of the United States.
